Ricardo Rene "Ricky" Garcia Jr. [1] is an actor and singer who plays Naldo Montoya on Best Friends Whenever.
Biography
Actor and singer Ricky Garcia stars as Naldo, the fun-loving and trusting assistant to teen scientist Barry, on Disney Channel’s comedy series “Best Friends Whenever.”
Ricky Garcia is best known as one of the lead singers of Forever In Your Mind (FIYM), the popular boy band that competed on season three of “X Factor.” Since then, Ricky and his fellow FIYM members have released four singles and have opened for top acts, such as Jesse McCartney and Demi Lovato.
Ricky Garcia is of Mexican and German decent. The youngest of three sons, Ricky was born January 22, 1999 on a U.S. military base in Puerto Rico while his dad was serving in the Navy. Ricky and his family were living in San Antonio, Texas when he was discovered. He made his stage debut at the age of nine in the Dr. Seuss musical “Seussical.” His television credits include guest appearances on hit series, including Disney Channel’s “Girl Meets World” and “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.” He also appeared in the 2014 feature film, “Mantervention.”

Personal Life
In his spare time, Ricky Garcia enjoys spending quality time with his family, snowboarding and surfing, especially longboard. A natural athlete, he also enjoys playing football, baseball, soccer and ping-pong.
He currently resides in Los Angeles with his family.
